Direct Line Home Response 24 – the service that solves your
home emergencies while offering peace of mind.
When home emergencies strike what do you do? You’ve got to find a
reliable tradesman, not easy! How many do you know offer an emergency
service and will come out on a Bank Holiday or in the middle of the
night? If you can find someone to come out, do you know how much they
would cost?
Home Response 24 can help and here’s why
Two levels of cover against either:
The cost of all call outs, parts and labour up to £1,000 (including
VAT) per emergency, or
The cost of all call outs and the first hours labour, with all
additional labour at our pre arranged rates
There is no limit on the number of call outs and no excess
All permanent repairs are guaranteed for 12 months
A choice of three levels of membership so that you have protection
against the home emergencies you want to cover. (Please refer to our
membership section for more details).
1,000’s of vetted tradesmen on hand, 365 days a year
Last year our tradesmen handled over 8,000 emergencies every week.
